Hard cheese DŽIUGAS® Delicate is a mature cheese with a subtle richness of flavour. Elegance of pure, spicy and strong taste intertwines with light dried fruit and cheese flavours, and spreads into mouth-melting pieces. The cheese is hard and pleasantly breakable. Its yellow colour changes to greenish matte at the rind.
